Verifying your Vaccination Status

Your vaccination status information is securely stored in your 2D barcodes adhering to the EU Digital COVID Certificate specification.

International countries can download and store public keys issued by the Department of Health that are used to verify a 2D barcode has been issued by a trusted authority.

The Public keys are readily available to be downloaded.

• NorthernIrelandCAcert.crt: A certificate containing our current CSCA Public Key.
• NorthernIrelandDSCcert.crt: A certificate containing our current DSC Public Key.
• NorthernIreland_keys.json: A json containing the Northern Ireland Public Key
