Are you feeling depressed or anxious?

Depression makes us feel like we are not good enough and can be detrimental to our mental health. Symptoms include low self-esteem, feeling inadequate, guilty, or lonely, not being able to sleep, excessive comfort eating, excessive weight gain or loss, feelings of constant tiredness and fatigue.

Anxiety can be caused or aggravated by feelings of depression. Symptoms include not wanting to socialise with others, feelings of being overwhelmed, or irritation or agitation, feeling in a state of panic, or shaky, not eating or comfort eating, palpitations and nausea.
