You can use this service to:
- cancel a future appointment
- view your previous appointments at a vaccination centre
What do I need to log in?
You will need to provide your name and date of birth, plus the mobile number or email address that you booked with.
What if I require assistance using this service?
If you require assistance with cancelling your appointment, call our phone line on 0300 200 7813 between Monday and Friday, 8:00am to 8.00pm.
Note: booking lines are closed Monday 12th and Tuesday 13th July 2021
How do I cancel an appointment?
After you log in, you will be able to cancel any future vaccination appointment that is booked.
If you are cancelling your 2nd appointment, you will need to book it again by contacting the vaccination centre where you attended your 1st appointment. Click here to find contact details for your vaccination centre.
If you cancel your 1st vaccination appointment, we will automatically cancel your second appointment. You will need to return to the Book my vaccinations to re-book them.
How do I re-book my 2nd appointment?
If you have attended your 1st appointment but cancelled your 2nd appointment, you will need to contact the vaccination centre to re-book using the details below.

COVID-19 booster vaccination programme
Interim advice on booster vaccines has been issued by the Joint Committee on Vaccination and Immunisation (JCVI).
Booster vaccines will be offered to those most vulnerable from September 2021 to maintain protection given by the first and second doses.
The final JCVI advice will be published before September.
