Please login to your NIDirect account online https://www.nidirect.gov.uk/services/apply-travel-covid-vaccination-certificate by scrolling down to ‘Access your certificate’. From here you need to click “Update COVID certificate”.
This will update your vaccination certificate to include your Booster dose online and in the app. If this has not worked it is likely that your GP/Pharmacy or Trust that administered your vaccination has not updated it on the Vaccine Management System (VMS). Please contact your point of vaccination and ensure they have recorded your Booster dose and then try updating your certificate again.
